Occupational medicine
To each examination, bring: Identity card, health card, family medicine doctor’s certificate about possible current therapy or the like.
For the driving examination: driver’s license, specialist report if there is an illness as a reason to limit the validity of the driving license, glasses or lenses if you use them, police order if the police has requested an extraordinary examination.
For previous, periodic, control and extraordinary inspection for workplaces with special working conditions: Referral RA-1 completed and signed by the employer.

Ultrasound
An ultrasound examination does not use radiation (as with X-rays) and serves to show the structure and internal organs of the body, as well as the flow of blood through the blood vessels.
